Wilda Marie Longan, of Ortonville, died Dec. 6. She was 91.

She was born Nov. 10, 1920 in Copemish.

Mrs. Longan enjoyed volunteering at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontia, and Vaughn Elementary School in Bloomfield Hills. She especially enjoyed her paraprofessional work with deaf children.

Preceded in death by her late husband, Thomas, she is survived by her children, Cathleen, Lois Pomeroy (Marc), Mary Ellen Shaw (Nelson), Joan Gilbert (Randy), Thomas (Denise) and Donald (Kathy); and by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated last Friday, Dec 9, at St. Owen Church, Bloomfield Hills. Interment was in Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley.
