Sr. Mary Virginis Musielewicz, CSSF, of Toledo, died Nov. 19 in St. Joseph Convent, Livonia. She was 84 and in religious life 66 years.

Angeline (Angela) Musielewicz, was born July 22, 1933, the third of five children of John and Helen (Woda). She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters, and made first profession of vows in 1953 and final profession in 1960. She earned her degree from Madonna (College) University in Livonia.

Over 53 years, Sr. Musielewicz taught at Our Lady Help of Christians, St. Albertus, Corpus Christi, St. Leonard, St. Mel, St. Genevieve, St. Damian, St. Florian, St. Michael and St. Sabina in the Archdiocese of Detroit. She also taught at St. Stanislaus, Toledo; St. Michael, Port Austin; and St. Jude, Grand Rapids. In 2006, she became a library assistant at Madonna University until 2013.

Mass of Christian Burial was Nov. 22 in the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Chapel in Livonia. Burial is in Holy Sepulche Cemetery, Southfield.
