Sr. Peggy Galloway, CSJ, of Nazareth, age 75, died on Sept. 8, 2024.
She was born Oct. 10, 1948 in Detroit, MI to George and Ruth (Clinard) Galloway, and was a member of the Congregation of St. Joseph. Sr. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Michael Galloway, Kevin Patrick Galloway, and Ellen Nagersen. She is survived by her siblings: Sheila Nagersen, Maureen Galloway, Kathy Banner, Karon Szczap, Joan Licavoli, Ellen Nagersen, Terri Konnie, and Brian Galloway.
A service of remembrance and Mass will take place and be live-streamed (link at BetzlerLifeStory.com) on Friday, Sept. 13, at 10 a.m. EST at Holy Family Chapel. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Nazareth, MI. Memorials may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph. Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes, Kalamazoo (269) 375-2900.
