DETROIT — On Saturday, Oct. 19, hundreds of Hispanic Catholic women gathered at Sacred Heart Major Seminary for a daylong conference celebrating their faith and heritage.
The 10th annual Archdiocese of Detroit Hispanic Women's Conference focused on the theme “Woman: Perfect Design of God,” and featured singing, faith-sharing and a keynote talk by Martha Fernandez-Sardina, founder and director of Prepare the Way Enterprises and Remember You Are Loved, and a bicultural, bilingual international speaker specializing in the new evangelization.
