WASHINGTON — Hundreds of Catholics from the Archdiocese of Detroit descended upon Washington, D.C., on Jan. 24 for the 47th annual March for Life.

From the youngest — including those yet to be born — to seasoned veterans of the march, those present lifted a unified voice to God, which then echoed through the streets of the nation's capital demanding justice for all God's creation.

To capture the massive demonstration, Detroit Catholic caught up with marchers from the Detroit area, who unabashedly made their prayers for the protection of all life.
