Catherine Reimer, entered eternal life on March 15, 2011.  She was 79 years old.

She is survived by 10 children, 30 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Basil, Michael, and Fr. Richard Welsh.
 
She will be waked at the Spaulding-Curtin Funeral Home, 500 W. Nine Mile Road, Ferndale (248-544-0500). Visitation will be Thursday, March 17 from 5-9 p.m., with a rosary at 7; and on Friday, March 18 from 2-9 p.m.
 
On Saturday, March 19, Catherine will lie in repose at St. James Church, Ferndale, from 9:30 a.m. until the celebration of her funeral Mass at 10. Burial will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
