Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointments:

Fr. Jan Michalski, SChr, with the concurrence of his provincial superior, Fr. Jacek Walkiewicz, SChr, appointed associate pastor of St. Florian Parish, Hamtramck, effective Oct. 1, 2020. Fr. Michalski is currently serving at Sacred Heart Parish, Guelph, Ontario.

Fr. Piotr Nowacki, SChr, with the concurrence of his provincial superior, Fr. Jacek Walkiewicz, SChr, appointed pastor of St. Florian Parish, Hamtramck, effective Oct. 1, 2020. Fr. Nowacki was serving at Divine Mercy Parish, Lombard, Ill.

Fr. Joshua Peters, SJ, with the concurrence of his provincial, Fr. Brian G. Paulson, SJ, appointed associate pastor of Christ the King Parish, Detroit, and St. Suzanne–Our Lady Gate of Heaven Parish, Detroit, effective Aug. 17, 2020. Fr. Peters was ordained a priest for the Society of Jesus in Detroit on June 20, 2020.

Fr. Adam Slominski, SChr, with the concurrence of his provincial superior, Fr. Jacek Walkiewicz, SChr, appointed associate pastor of Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish, Sterling Heights, effective Oct. 1, 2020. Fr. Slominski is currently serving at Our Lady Queen of Poland Parish, Toronto, Ontario.
