Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointment: 

Msgr. Patrick Halfpenny appointed temporary administrator of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Plymouth, effective Nov. 17, 2020, in addition to his continuing responsibilities serving as director for priestly mission in the Office for Clergy and Consecrated Life.
