Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointments:

Fr. Athanasius Fornwalt, FHS, appointed administrator of St. Mary of Redford Parish, Detroit, effective July 1, 2019.

Fr. James Bilot appointed pastor of St. Paul on the Lake Parish, Grosse Pointe Farms, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. Bilot is currently serving as pastor of Divine Child Parish, Dearborn.

Fr. Marko Djonovic appointed administrator of St. Moses the Black Parish, Detroit, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. Djonovic is currently serving as parochial vicar of Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, Detroit.

Fr. Walter Ptak appointed administrator of St. Albert the Great Parish, Dearborn Heights, effective March 1, 2019, in addition to his responsibilities as administrator of St. John the Baptist Parish, Dearborn Heights and pastor of St. Sebastian Parish, Dearborn Heights.

Fr. Michael Suhy appointed pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Plymouth, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. Suhy is currently serving as pastor of St. Louise de Marillac Parish, Warren.

Fr. Daniel Zaleski granted senior status, effective March 1, 2019. Fr. Zaleski is currently serving as pastor of St. Albert the Great Parish, Dearborn Heights.
