Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointments:
Fr. Anthony Camilleri appointed associate pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, Plymouth, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. Camilleri is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Michael Parish, Livonia.
Fr. Aaron DePeyster will be ministering in the Diocese of Santa Rosa, California, for a period of time yet to be determined, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. DePeyster is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Alphonsus – St. Clement Parish, Dearborn.
Fr. Gregory Deters appointed temporary associate pastor of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Lake Orion, effective June 1, 2019 through July 30, 2019. Fr. Deters is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Joseph Parish, South Lyon.
Fr. Gregory Deters appointed associate pastor of St. Alphonsus – St. Clement Parish, Dearborn, effective Aug. 1, 2019. Fr. Deters is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Joseph Parish, South Lyon.
Fr. Dominic Macioce appointed associate pastor of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish, Bloomfield Hills, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. Macioce is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Frances Cabrini Parish, Allen Park.
Fr. Louis LaPeyre appointed associate pastor of Our Lady on the River Parish, Marine City, effective July 1, 2019. Fr. LaPeyre is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Mary Queen of Creation Parish, New Baltimore.
Deacon John McKenzie to be appointed associate pastor of National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica Parish, Royal Oak, effective July 1, 2019. Deacon McKenzie will be ordained to the priesthood on June 8, 2019.
Deacon Adam Nowak to be appointed associate pastor of St. Frances Cabrini Parish, Allen Park, effective July 1, 2019. Deacon Nowak will be ordained to the priesthood on June 8, 2019.
Fr. Pathrose Panuvel, with the concurrence of Bishop Philipos Mar Stephanos Thottathil, appointed associate pastor of St. Michael Parish, Livonia, effective July 1, 2019, in addition to his continuing responsibilities to the Malankara Catholic community.
Deacon Derik Peterman to be appointed associate pastor of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, Farmington, effective July 1, 2019. Deacon Peterman will be ordained to the priesthood on June 8, 2019.
Fr. Bryan Shackett appointed temporary associate pastor of St. Lawrence Parish, Utica, effective June 1, 2019 through July 30, 2019. Fr. Shackett is currently serving as associate pastor of St. Isaac Jogues Parish, Roseville.

Deacon Mark Tibai appointed to full-time diaconal ministry at St. Mary Parish, Royal Oak, effective June 1, 2019. Deacon Tibai was ordained a transitional deacon on April 13, 2019.
