Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron announces the following appointment:
Fr. Stephen Moening appointed a member of the In Solidum team of priests who pastor SS. John and Paul Parish, Washington Township; St. Clement of Rome Parish, Romeo; and St. John Vianney Parish, Shelby Township, that form the Northwest Macomb Family of Parishes, effective Oct. 1, 2024. Pending inclusion in the Family Priests’ Covenant, Fr. Moening will live and serve primarily at St. John Vianney Parish, Shelby Township, under the mentorship of Reverend James Grau. Fr. Moening previously served as a member of the In Solidum team of priests who pastor Our Lady of the Lakes Parish, Waterford; St. Anne Parish, Ortonville; St. Daniel Parish, Clarkston, and St. Rita Parish, Holly, that form the Northwest Oakland Lakes Family.
